Tools issue after upgrade

I've been seeing this issue with my recent upgrades. I saw this going from 3.1 to 3.5 and now 3.5 to 3.5.1. On the tools menu I add 3 items for Telnet, SSH1 and SSH2. Every time I've upgraded those menu items are gone and I have to re-create them.

Anyone else seeing this?
