I have a report our NOC team uses to identify items that are down. We added three added custom properties for ticket information, assignee and ticket status. When a technican clicks on any of the three custom properties it brings them to another page to enter the information. The issue I am trying to work around is the fields the technician would click on to add the information are very small (the three small blue lines).
I thought adding a default value for the custom property such as "click here" would provide a visual of where to click to add the info. I've seen previous thwack threads addressing this issue but have not found a resolution. I've attempted to modify the columns in the Orion.Nodes table with the default setting on the DB server to use a default value but it does not work.
Has anyone figured out how to do this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
