Disable Fast Polling

If a router frequently stops responding for a short time, and if there are plenty of CPEs behind that router, there are plenty of nodes that go to warning status and are fast polled at the same time. That creates an immense load on the freshly rebooted router.

How do I disable fast polling?

It is not possible to disable the fast polling system. You could reduce the interval to 1 second but then the node would go straight to a down state every time it missed a poll.
