First of all, forgive me as my knowledge of Solarwinds so a lot of the 'technical' jargin for Solarwinds is either new or unknown to me.
My issue is that I am trying to setup some monitors for various services running on a Windows 2012 server machine. The problem is that any service I try to monitor, the status page shows the service as "Application status is Unknown." When I press "Poll now," it appears to poll, but nothing changes. I've tried toggling unmanage/remanage with no success. When I edit the application monitor and run the "Test" it works flawlessly. Any ideas why it wouldn't be working after I hit Submit?
