Getting error about non-aggregated calculated fields on Legacy Report Writer

Hello,

Please, see the fields below which I selected for a legacy Report Writer report. As you can see, when I click the Execute button, I get a strange error. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

What if you change 'AVERAGE' to '*' in each of the last two lines?
