Add service monitor

Hi friends

I used the APM to monitor a service,

I select the “Process Monitor-WMI” and input the IP address 、User name、password，then click “Next”

After a while, the process box is blank neither information about any process no error message.

The IP address、 user name and password is ok

What can I do for this situation？

There should be some error message if anything goes wrong. If you can't see any, please open a support ticket and reference this thread. We'll need to check log files for what's going on.

I use the APM v4.0 AL25, the support told me that it is free version so I don't open a support ticket!
