Hello everyone,
Due to performance issues we had to move our Orion NPM 7.8.5 from one Windows 2003 SP2 server to another.
Database has been installed successfully on the new server and the tables have been back'ed up on the old machine and restored on the new one. Solarwinds has been installed too. The only thing that was making troubles was the Wizard. When it came to install the service we always got a "run-time error 9: subscript out of range". Anyway we finally have been able to install the services manually.
We've requested a temporary license from Solarwinds so we don't have any or just a small interruption from moving from one to the other server. They have reset our license so we can temporary use it on both systems.
The issue we are having is when we now try to open 'Orion System Manager' we get a window 'Select a Polling Engine to Manage...'. In there are both servers (old and new one) listed up, both are ready. Last database sync shows current for the new server and out of date (red marked, date of DB backup) for the old server.
When I choose the old server it connects to that database and open the System Manager just fine, but when we try to open the new one (what we actually want!) it gives us an error message saying:

Cannot connect to <NEW SERVER NAME>
Permission denied.
Be sure a Windows Account and password on <NEW SERVER NAME> matches the Windows account you are currently logged in as on this machine.
Also, try rerunning the Orion Configuration Wizard on <NEW SERVER NAME>

Anyone who can help?
Thanks a lot,
Phil
