"Available Space on each Volume" reports incorrect information

Two issues to resolve:

I have several Windows servers that are reporting zero "Volume Size" zero "Space Available" and 100% "Percent Available"  when I display a " Node Reports" for "Current Volume Status". I have run the database maintenance utility to see if this was the problem, no help. I have re-polled all 244 servers, no help. I have removed and readded all the offending servers, no help. On the Web Administration page\Settings\Polling Settings, I have Re-Apply Polling Intervals, no help. 32 of the 244 have this problem.

Secondly, When I log on to any of the other 212 servers that are not showing this problem and check the Available Diskspace using windows explorer,  I find that the figure reported by ORION is reported incorrectly on some of the servers where ORION does show a gigabyte number on the C:\drive instead of all zeroes.

Presently, I have no confidence that any of these report are reliable.

What must I do to correct these issues.

I would encourage you to open a case with support so we can properly troubleshoot the issue. What operating system are these servers running that are exhibiting issues? What is the real total size and available free size of one or two of these volumes that are reporting incorrectly? If these are Windows have you tried changing these nodes from SNMP to WMI managed nodes?

Lastly, I would check the OIDs included in this KB article using the Engineers Toolset to verify what information is being reported by the monitored servers SNMP daemon.
