You guys at SolarWinds do an excellent job listening to your customers for what they want and need and implementing it in short time.  However on the flip side just about every time you do that the feature is either broken or otherwise hamstrung from some time after introduction.  I can understand a new feature being unpolished but not coming out broken or semi broken out the gate, that will drive people away or at least just p!ss them off.

That's a strong statement Donald, but I have to agree.

However, even more important for me is removal of functionality and features from previous versions. After years of using a function every day, and then finding that functionality removed in a newer version is a step backward.

Example, the new graphs are a step backwards in readability.
Here is the same interface graphed in V10 & V8;

Notice the 95th percentile figures are quite different (not sure what happened on Monday as the PPS graphs are similar);

I see the 95th percentile is still listed as an average, which is wrong.

In any case the feature missing in V10 is the ability to navigate back to the node or interface details page when viewing a custom graph page. In older versions (V9.1 & earlier) you could click on the node or interface name at the top of the page to get back to the details page.
I use this function almost daily when comparing interface utilization on load sharing circuits.

Either new versions are developed in isolation from previous versions, or else functionality is purposely removed?!? Change is good, but not at the expense of functionality.
