Custom Reports

I'm trying to write a custom report where I can get the following information for interfaces...

For example:

% Utilization of Router 1 - Interface 1 (Last month)

0% - 25% = 4 Hours
26% - 50% = 2 Hours
51% - 75% = 1 Hour
75% - 100% = 0.5 hour

Has anyone done something like this -- if not, does anyone have any custom reports they've developed which might provide some useful router related info other than what is out of the box in Orion?
