Nortel 5510

Question

Hi,
I have a switch Nortel 5510 that i wish to monitor with Cirrus. My problem is the banner, how can i download the config with the banner. Is there another way to backup it ?
I can't use SNMP because i have a message that it is not a Cisco device.

I have modify the template file. In fact Cirrus download the config as an ASCII file, but it's not possible to upload this file to the switch.

here are my new line to download the BIN file of the configuration :<Command Name="DownloadConfig" Value="copy config ${TransferProtocol} address ${StorageAddress} filename ${StorageFilename}"/>

My last problem is to upload this file which seems not to manage by Cirrus.

I haven't used Cirrus since Beta 2.0 but is there a setting to upload to the startup-config or the running-config?

I have resolve my problem :
i have disable the banner and set the cmd-interface to cli.
I have a last question about the config upload, to download the config i should set in Communication property Transfer config using telnet but to upload the config i should set it to tftp.
The problem is that i complete the transfer to the switch but i can't see any difference in the config.
Is it possible to specify the way to transfer the config for the download and the upload ? Is it possible to upload a config to a Nortel 5510 ?
