Script Arguments: for Exchange Active Sync Connectivity Template

What do I enter on the CAS_server_name line of the template? I simply don't know how to find this in Exchange.

Based on the error message above, I'm assuming that the issue is that I'm not passing in the right argument.

FYI - AppInsight for Exchange is working fine. Credentials seem correct. PowerShell is required for AppInsight for Exchange, so I have reason to believe it is working properly as well.
