AUtomatic backup of the config files

Hi ,

I am planning to do the automatic back-up for the decices in our environment.

I know how to enable the option for this.Schedule--->Add a job or Enable the Nighty auto back up. I am using NCM 7.1

But the problem is, i am accessing the solarwinds tool through web & i am having the admin access & I am not able to see this option(Scheduler).

Also I am not havng the access to the server where the solarwinds software is hosted.

Do I need the access to the server to enable the automatic backup of the cnfig?

If it not so , please tell me how can I do this?

Hi TCTSL,

Currently, jobs can only be scheduled in the Win32 GUI and you have to RDP to the server. However migration to Web UI is something we are working on: .
