I have downloaded many times the fresh setup file of NPM9.5 from my portal .
Everything works fine the unzip , guides etc.
but as soon as i start the setup it gives the following error.
Is the new setup file itself crupted on the portal.
No, I don't believe it is corrupt. Are you extracting to the same drive NPM is installed on? Might be worth opening a support ticket to get this resolved quickly
I was doing a fresh installation of NPM 9.5 and hence downloded a fresh copy of the file form my portal.
Extracted the zipped file and as soon as i run the setup i get this error. i downloaded the file 3 times to be sure that the download is not an issue.
To a surprize when i used my old setup file 9.5 from the time when no SP was released for this version the setup worked fine. so i had to download the SP3 seprately for this installation
Odd, so are you good to go now?
