Symbol WS5100 login problem

Hey, guys,

Something wrong with my switch. I tried to login with default password and login and i get the window with "GUEST USER CONFIGURATION"... and there is nothing to do.. if i put some login and password then click APPLY there is an error Inconsistent value. HELP ME PLS!!! IT`S VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!
