Unrecognized Versions of Windows Files

I'm installing an eval version of Orion and I'm getting a warning that "Files that are required for Windows to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized versions. To maintain system stability, Windows must restore the original versions of these files."
Should I restore the correct versions or let it run with the Solarwinds versions?
I'd completely forgotten about this but I tried to install a demo version of this on another machine quite some time ago and I got the same message.
What's the scoop on this? Any thoughts?
