PostgreSQL App Monitor - Can't open lib '/usr/lib/psqlodbc.so' : file not found

I'm having a lot of problems trying to setup the PostgreSQL SAM. I'm to the point now where the debug logs/UI show the following error.

ODBC data srouce returned an error. [01000] [unixODBC] [Driver Manager] Can't open lib '/usr/lib/psqlodbc.so' : file not found

ldd /usr/lib/psqlodb.so does not show any missing dependencies. The credential associated with the SAM can view/access /usr/lib/psqlodbc.so without issue.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Yes, I have a ticket but it has not gotten much attention.

Not sure how much help this will be, but you may want to confirm unixODBC is working properly with isql utility outside of SAM.

> isql -v dbname dbuser dbpasswd

If you get the same error, then inspect the configuration files such as /etc/odbc.ini and /etc/odbcinst.ini

Did you get a resolution from the support team? I am seeing the same error on MySQL and PostgreSQL templates. The credentials have the required the privileges and we have followed the article to setup unix odbc and database connectors.
