How to enter units in custom SQL filters?

hi,

I am trying to use custom SQL filters for my NPM summary. I need to know in what units does the NPM calculates time. When i writes SystemUpTime<2000 is it 2000 secs, mins, hours or days that it gets? Also, how do I edit the default units?
