Alert - Response time changed

We have many circuits to various places globally and the response time for devices varies from site to site.

We are looking for a way to be alerted for when a response time changes. When we use the basic alert on average (or current) response time change it sends an alert for every 1 ms difference = Constant alarms across our WAN circuits

Is there a way to create an alert for example so that if the percentage or average response time changes more that 20%?

Have you looked at using an Advanced Alert instead of a basic alert?

We tried that and it gives the same functionality. Also we have been unable to send an SNMP trap based on an Advanced Alert.
