A few customers just reported that a new update of the Kaspersky antivirus is blocking the NCM ConfigMgmtJob.exe from starting.
This seems to affect only NCM 7.0.

NCM jobs as well as Real time Change detection seem affected (they stop working)
If you are impacted, we recommend to:
Run a repair on NCM
Re-run the NCM Config Wizard with “Services’ option checked (Note that the Wizard is automatically started after repair)
We will keep you informed of the evolution in this thread.
Note that NCM 7.0 has been tested with other antivirus programs and appears to be clean.
