Dear All,

i use telnet to download config.bt unfortunatly i got the error:

Connection Refused. Device IP:************

and when i test validate login infromation so the result was ok.

i need an urgent reply.

Has anyone on your team created an ACL on the device that would block the IP of your launch point?

no there is no ACL kindly help me
