Custom Pollers help please.

Hello all,

We recently thanks to a really helpful IT trainee lost all our custom pollers from our NPM installation. In order to avoid re-inventing the wheel i was wondering if anyone had any custom pollers or at least a strating poitn of a list of OID's that they use on any of the following devices.

Cisco ACE Load Balancers

Cisco Nexus 5k & 2K

Cisco FWSM

Cisco ASA 55** appliances

Cisco FWSM

Juniper Firewalls

Many thanks in advance guys, the thought of browsing the MIB tree on a friday afternoon really is unbearable.

Have you checked the Content Exchange? Lots of usefull info in there.

Do you have the possibility of restoring the database to an earlier point in time? It might be quicker. Our DBA can do this easily via transaction logs.

Thanks for the Tips the content exchange had some bits but is fairly light with regards the ACE's and FWSM/ASA. This was also a request to sort of see what other people were monitoring on these devices as this seemed an ideal oppurtunity to maybe improve our monitoring and see if other people were doing things better than us.
