More F5 Help Needed

Hi,

Couple of questions, does NCM truly support backing up/config change for the F5 ? and if so how ?

We have several F5's , both 3600's and 4000's (The 4000's are running version 12.0.0 build 1.0.628) and have never been able to backup the config's.

We have read all manner of documentation but none of it helps

Hopefully a wider audience maybe able to ?
