Grant only access to Maintenance Mode / Mute Alerts Now

Hi,

Is there a way to grant access only to Maintenance Mode / Mute Alerts Now ?
My IT's have an RO access to whole GUI and I need to grant them access to Maintenance Mode / Mute Alerts Now.

I was able to grant access to whole node management but not only Maintenance Mode / Mute Alerts Now.

Is there a way to deal with ?
