NCM Vendor Icons Not Appearing

Hi,

Running NCM v5.5.1

I've read the forums, created a 16x16, 8bit colour vendor logo with the correct name (vendor OID number in GIF format) and placed this in the directory with all of the other vendor GIFs.

Restarted the NCM back end console but the vendor icons do not appear on the back end console. They are shown on the web front end correctly.

Tried deleting and then reimporting a device of the same vendor type, but still the vendor icon did not appear.

Is there something I'm missing to get the vendor icons to load correctly on the back end console?

I believe the icon to vendor mapping is based on our SysobjectID DB.  Please open a support ticket and we can look at updating this in a future release.
