Problem when migrate to new computer

I have problem when migrate solarwinds orion 7.5 from one server to other. My old computer is Server 1, new is server 2.
when i do all steps as guideline:
1. Install on New computer solarwinds & SQL server.
2. Backup DB in old computer to file.
3. Restore backup file to new computer.
4. Run config wizard to config solarwinds
All step to not have any error. but when I start it, new solarwinds do not have any node ....
I using solarwinds 7.5 & Windows 2003
Pls help me !!!!
