Urgent Help Required

I am having issue that NCM is not generating complete configuration file when show run or show start is executed from NCM. It is also not downloading the complete configuration file when I download configs.

I have 100 devices all other devices are working fine but there is issue with 3 devices. I tried even deleting and then adding device again but issue still persist.

Earlier there was no issue with these devices.

Now when I am downloading running or startup configs only 1/4 of the configuration is downloaded, complete configuration is not downloading.

Kindly help me out as I am stuck with this issue.

when you say 1/4 of the configuration is downloading, does it mean that only 1/4 of the lines in the config are downloading. If so do you always get the first quarter of the config? The fastest way to work this would be to open a ticket with support and send them the diagnostics.
