Where do I set the speed for the interfaces I am monitoring? I need to change them and I have no idea where to find them or how to change them.

Drill into the Interface that you are trying to change and when you get to the Interface details page you will see an Edit Properties under the Management frame which will take you to the Properties page of the interface, and from there you will see a section for bandwidth where you can edit and define custom bandwidth for the Interface.
You can only do this if you have Node Management rights on your account though, so verify you have the proper access if you aren't seeing that option once in the Interface Details page.

Adding onto this since it can be a pain -- you can edit multiple interfaces by using the 'Manage Nodes' page, selecting Interfaces from the drop down, check boxes for the interfaces you want and Edit Properties. This will bring you to the standard Edit Properties page but most things now have check boxes next to them that you have to whack to change it (since you are doing it across multiple). Hope this helps someone.
