error installing NCN v5

I get the following error at the database configuration step during the install of NCN v5:

2008-11-13 18:33:43,546 [5] ERROR ConfigurationProgressScene - Error adding sample Policy Reports
2008-11-13 18:33:43,546 [1] INFO ConfigurationProgressScene - Updating Orion Network Configuration Manager database. Updating user account ...
2008-11-13 18:33:43,609 [5] ERROR ConfigurationProgressScene - Exception while configuring plugin Orion Network Configuration Manager Main Plugin component Orion Network Configuration Manager Database. System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I am running Orion 9.1 SP2 on the same box with SQL Express.

Any idea what is happening? Thanks for the help.

Are you installing the integration module first?

Yes, I did. But I still get the error when I run the NCM installation. The error says something about the network object not being pointed to an object instance. Is thgis referring to some aspect of the SQL Express setup that I need to modify?
