Config Change Report

Question

Hi All!

When I load a config change Report I can see all the changes I made, but I can´t see the Interface where I made the changes.

             	switchport access vlan 3
             	switchport mode access
             	switchport nonegotiate
             	speed 100
             	duplex full
########
Any Idea´s?

Thank you for the answer, but this is really not what I´m searching for.
mabye sometimes in the future Cirrus can do it.

The configuration compare is not using very complex algorithms yet.  You can download a text file comparison tool from winmerge.sourceforge.net.  This tool does something similar.  It compares text files side by side and highlights the lines that are different.

I agree that it would be very helpful to have a little more information when Cirrus reports a change.

right now you can manually view the differences by staring Cirrus and highlighting the last two configs for the device in question and comparing them on the screen.  It will let you identify what interface is involved, but it will take a lot more time.
