NETFLOW - ingess/egress and how solarwinds handles flows to form conversation

Hello, implementing Netflow , NTAv2109.4 - concentrating on one RTR for flows , to enable interpretation of results .

I think I understand concepts of match/collect netflowv9 , unidirectional flows , ingress and egress . MY problem is interpretation in s/winds , and in particular conversations - the fact that no egress bytes seen . I have inside and outside interfaces set to ingress only as per advice to prevent double accounting ,
