How to deactivate licenses without Internet Connectivity?

As the subject says...How can I deactivate a License without Internet Connectivity so that my purchased products in my Customer Portal will reflect 1 available license.

The issue

We have two versions, one for 3000 Nodes for one customer, and one DLX version for another customer.

I activated the wrong one for the wrong customer and need to switch them around.
