Device showing vendor unknown

I recently added a few WeatherGoose devices from ITWatchdogs to my NPM install.

NPM lists the Vendor as "Unknown" yet the Machine Type and Description are correct. The Type field even displays the ITWatchdogs logo for the icon.

 

The SysObjectID is: 1.3.6.1.4.1.17373 which shows as "itwatchdogs" in the MIB tree.

I did make sure to download the latest mibs.cfg and load it (file dated 12/31/09).

 

Any ideas what gives?

In Orion Universal Device poller create custom device poller with 1.3.6.1.4.1.17373.2.2.1.5 and test it on you device, if it si similar to my device, it will show temperature in C, 1.3.6.1.4.1.17373.2.2.1.5 will show your humidity in %. Put this pollers in a separate group and assign to your devices. Do not forget to configure web display.
