We currently do not have a template for Microsoft Dynamics. I've passed the request along to the APM team.

Perhaps the Find Processes, Services, and Performance Counters wizard in the APM settings page can be used to examine the server for either Performance or WMI counters available from the app.

Michael, can you tell me what specifically are you looking to monitor on Microsoft Dynamics? Are there specific metrics, counters, etc? We can certainly look into developing a template but I'd like your thoughts on what you consider important to monitor in Microsoft Dynamics.

Hi,

The monitoring that would be required would be from (and include) the desktop across the network and the host and the CRM application including database, all components of each step would need to be monitored all and any component that impacts the application performance would be identified.
