IPs not showing after adding a subnet

Hello everybody sorry if this has been asked previously but I didn't find anything after a quick search.

My problem is, I'm using the trial version of IPAM and when I'm trying to add a subnet bigger than a /22, example /20 or /21, it's saving my request but nothing is showing inside the table :

Is this a limitation of the trial version or am I doing something wrong ?

You will need to run the add ip tool. You can download it from here IPAM 4.3 Tool - Importing large number of subnets.

Make sure to run it from the server and as admin and it should fill in the ips for you.

First, you have to wait for the subnet to be scanned. You can watch the scan status. Once scanned, they should auto populate in the right-hand pane. I've found on larger subnets (really anything /23 or less) that IPAM will fail to show the full list of addresses. (i.e. It will only display 256 instead of 512) In those cases, I've attempted rescans, but sometimes I've had to delete the subnet and re-add it before it shows up correctly.

Check IPAM System Settings, there is a checkbox to automatically add IP addresses for subnets /20 and smaller.
