NCM Reports

I have this issue with reports being sent via email to me from the NCM and do not contain the data requested, it only show the name of the device but not the Value.

For example: the Cisco IOS Image Details Report I get this emailed to me:

But within the NCM console the reports show fine.

any thoughts on the this one?
