Disable Node Maintenance without a Schedule

Under the Node Maintenance Mode options, I'd like to disable "Unmanage Now" and "Mute Alerts Now" and leave only "Schedule...". Is this possible?

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this.  All of the options must be present.
