Need help making a report on counting number of times Node Down

I have a report made using the canned "Events report" which counts number of times a Node went down - but - now I need to filter on this for Business Hours ranges and After Hours ranges, but there isn't a FILTER to do this based on hour. The only available 'Time' filter is an interactive calendar by date and does not allow for hour of day filtering.

Is there another way I can do this or else another canned-report which can make this? I've been attempting to use other canned 'Historical' reports but I'm not making any progress with any of them.

I think you'll have to use an Advanced SQL report (i.e., custom SQL query) to get exactly what you want.
