NCM not updating SNMP details in Console

So I have one node in particular that I am having issues with. When you view the node details from NPM, all is well. SNMP strings are there and it polls fine. When you view this same node from the NCM console, the SNMP Community String doesn't show up. Is there a way to manually get the Orion and ConfigMgmt databases to sync so this will display correctly?

Hi James,

Can you share with us the NCM version that you are on?

Orion NCM v7 has a tighter integration with Orion NPM, but is not sure if you are already on that build.

Thanks for the information.

I need to know exactly what is the NCM Console that you are referring to? Is it the "Config" tab on the Orion Web Console?

Or is it the NCM Configuration Manager?

The Network Configuration Console (stand alone product), not the integration

piece within Orion.
