CLEAN Uninstall software for all Solarwinds evaluation/license, is there?

Question

Hi is Solarwinds creating a software that will do all the uninstalling stuffs? like you just have to click the modules to uninstall nor upgrade, and then it will do the rest.

Tracing back from the dll files to the registry files, then to the database files to the IIS files. I really have troubles in cleaning up my laptop to install and try another simulations for our clients.

The next thing you knew after uninstalling you still cant have a fresh web console, database still existing. And then trying to remove your existing database SQL 2005 Express for a newer 2008 Express, there is another trouble there.

Sometimes you just wish there is an appliance for this, nor a virtual appliance for this great software. To avoid all these hassles.

In my attachment that is what I encountered.

Any advise are so welcome.

One of my clients has expired evals on their production installation and although the eval products do not work anymore they have left their reports, alerts, tables and menus behind. They will deploy a test environment in the future, but it would certainly be very handy for them to simply clear all of this distraction and complexity from their system.

I will give it a vote!   We bought a dev lic of NPM and SAM but cant really justify the NTA, IPAM, VNQM, NCM etc...

Testing for change control would be oh so nice....  :-)
