The new "customer portal" is confusing me. Am I supposed to re-download NCM completely? The only download links for NCM I see say v5 or v5 - Service Pack 2. Which one is the update to 5.1?

Sorry for the confusion. We're working on getting minor versions shown in the portal next to each release. For now, you should assume once the GA notification goes out, the latest version of the 5.x train is what the download link should give you (assuming you're current on maintenance).
Please download v5 and you'll see that it contains the 5.1 bits.
Thanks, Chris. Just out of curiosity, are you discontinuing the posting of direct links to the updates to the forums?
We will continue to post direct links to SPs, but all minor and major versions upgrades are only available within the support portal for customers with current maintenance.
Good point. I wasn't thinking of it being a .1.
