Web monitoring on port redirect

We are monitoring a web line that is on port 443. Our web team has now added a redirect from the main site port 443 to a different port of 8200. The application monitor is now failing on the redirect. Is there a way around this?

This is port 443 so this is an HTTPS Monitor, correct?  Is port 8200 also HTTPS or is it HTTP?  Have you check the redirect checkbox for the HTTPS monitor?
