Custom MIB - No Data

I have seen the past discussions, and I have followed the advice of all the previous posts, but I am still getting "No Data" from the custom pollers on the web interface. I can test and get data within the custom poll wizard. I am using Orion 8.5.1. I am trying to set up TempageR sensors throughout my network. I made sure the pollers were enabled, set them up within the web interface but yet I am still getting "No Data" Can anyone offer me some advice? Thanks.

In the past when I have seen this happen, it would require a reinstall of the Custom MIB poller service. The easiest way to do this is to re-run the configuration wizard. Let me know if this helps.
