NCM Unexpected Website Error

Hello,

Need a little assistance on an issue I am facing. When I try to create an NCM job and get to the choose nodes section I filter by machine type and when I go to expand the one of the machine type it just sits there spinning trying to load.

When I click the back button I get this website error below

Any ideas what could be causing this?
