NCM 5.5.1 update from where?

Hi! I see that NCM 5.5.1 service release is out, and "If you're on maintenance, you can download this latest version from your customer portal".

However, in the customer portal, there is no link to NCM updates (like there is for NPM service packs), so should I download the full package and install it over the current 5.5 installation?

Ok, in the release notes it says: "You do not need to uninstall your previous version before installing this version of Orion NCM. Shutdown any running Orion NCM applications, and then run the setup program. The setup program will detect and uninstall your previous version without a loss of customizations, other than customizations to the toolbar. Toolbar customizations are overwritten to ensure new toolbar options are included." so apparently there are no separate SP files distributed for NCM at all.

Log on to the Customer Portal and select the Additional Components on the left hand side of the page. Select the NCM page & the 5.1.1 integration module is downloadable.

5.5.1 is a full upgrade and is available from the download page (the release note indicate the version of the download). The zip file should include the server upgrade as well as the integration module upgrade.

Chris, I can't seem to download it from the customer portal either. When you click on the link it just takes you back to the customer portal page. It appears that this happens with all the download links. Also it's listed as NCM 5.5.1 (does not say whether or not it's the integration module or an update to NCM server). Thanks

This discussion is regarding 5.5.1 not 5.1.1.

Which link are you clicking? You should be able to click the Download button (see screen shot below). Inside the zip file, you will find the 5.5.1 server and 5.5.1 integration module executables.
