Compare Configs & Send a Report?

Hi All,

You're always the best at helping me figure out ways to do things.....

Here's what I'd like to do. I'd like to make a generic config for my switches and another generic config for my routers. Then somehow be able to report and alert when a change has been made to the configs when they deviate from these generic configs. Is this a possibility or should I just stick with setting a baseline config for each individual device and be happy with that?
