Report Writer & Multiple Custom MIB Pollers?

I'm trying to figure out how to create a report using the Report Writer that includes multiple custom MIB pollers. The trouble I'm running into is that it works for one, but doesn't work when I add the second MIB to the report. How do I create a single report that includes multiple custom MIB pollers?

I came across this thread when searching the forums and it looks to be a similar issue.
