Orion APM 4.0.2 Open Issues?

I am curious how many of the Orion APM 4.0.2 Open Issues have been addressed with SP1?

I am currently running APM 4.0.1 and am holding off on 4.0.2 until some of those Open Issues are resolved so I would really like to see an update on that if possible.
