Is there a way to Globally customize Home page view

Hi,

I have set up NCM when multiple AD user account each having they're own login to both NCM app and NCM web.

Is there a way to set the home page so that everybody sees the same list of resources rather than ever user having to 'personalise their own page?

Not currently.   Do you have NPM?   If so, you can use the NCM integration module in the Orion NPM website which does provides for per user views.
