v10 Issues getting real annoying

Since upgrading to 10 we have had several issue that seem to be compounding. Several instances of the DB crashing, for lack of a better word, Cant view reports, Syslog and Traps seem to hang the application, cant forward traps... Anyone else having similar issues and what is the fix? Need answers fast or reverting back to 9.5SP4

Have you opened support tickets on these? This is for sure not the norm and not things I have heard from others.

Hey Brandon. We have a case opened 166186 and it appears, after a DB reboot the only issues we are having deal with pulling reports, not working and seems to hang the web service, and forwarding traps.... Still working internally on the trap forwarding but the reports has me clueless.

I have the report problem as well. I pretty much cannot run any at this point.

So below is the the absolutly ludicrouse response I got from support on the report issue. Not only is the issue not resolved, but the web reports actually show less data than the report writer version. I even sent them screen shots of both reports

I have just got an update -

"This is a known issue resolved by Orion10.0.0.SP1.

There are two ways how to display historical reports in OrionWebConsole (data grupped by days or not grupped by days).

But there is only one way in OrionReportWriter - "data not grupped by days".

To synchronize reports between OrionReportWriter and OrionWebConsole ask customer to uncheck "Group historical data by days" checkbox for mentioned report in OrionReportWriter (according to attached jpg)."

Jeff, are you currently running 10.0 SP1? If not, perhaps the support rep was providing you the workaround if you didn't want to upgrade?

Otherwise, I agree this warrants further investigation on our side. Let me know either way and we'll get to the bottom of this.
